The Basic Rules of Playing HopStic 

First, you must have at least 3 players, or at least 1 player and 2 chairs.  Two of the players are facing each other with the Hopstic comfortably stretched between their ankles.

The 3rd player will be in the center jumping to execute the routine chosen.  As soon as the player misses a routine either by not completing the next step or by touching the elastic, he/she will be replaced by one of the players in the loop (start with the youngest then take turns).

There are 5 levels of difficulty: ankle height, calf height, knee height, mid-thigh height, and high-thigh height. The winner is the player that first completes the entire routine at the high thigh level.  Need more help?  Check out these links on YouTube:
